What Happens If My Order Doesn’t Arrive?
You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within the time scales stated above please contact us for instructions. It is always worth checking with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding your package.
In accordance with the guidelines set by Royal Mail here in the UK, parcels shall be classed as ‘missing’ after the following time scales:

Once this time has been passed we will always issue you with your choice of a full refund or a replacement product [if available].

Any returned goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited in their original and resalable condition [and sealed packaging where applicable].
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods . After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem.
