What Are Your Shipping Charges?

Our delivery costs are worked out based on the destination plus the weight and size of your purchase. All shipping charges are clearly shown when viewing your basket contents.

What Shipping Options Are Available?

All of our UK orders are safely packaged and shipped by Royal Mail Post. Overseas orders are sent by Priority Air Mail. For alternative options please Contact Us.

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

All of our items are in stock and are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order being confirmed.

Estimated destination delivery times are as follows:

UK: 3 to 5 Working Days
Europe: 6 to 8 Working Days
USA: 8 to 10 Working Days
South America: 10 to 12 Working Days
Russia: 10 to 12 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 8 to 10 Working Days

What Happens If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order hasn’t arrived within the time scales stated above please contact us for instructions. It is always worth checking with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding your package. 
 
In accordance with the guidelines set by Royal Mail here in the UK, parcels shall be classed as ‘missing’ after the following time scales:

UK: 15 Working Days
Europe: 20 Working Days
USA: 25 Working Days
South America: 25 Working Days
Russia: 25 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 25 Working Days

What Is Your Returns Policy?
At Great Gear Store Limited we are proud of our exceptional level of customer service and offer a 30 day guarantee on every purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase and in accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. Any returned goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited in their original and resalable condition [and sealed packaging where applicable]. 
 
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods . After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem.

Can I Have An Alternative Delivery Address?
We realise that in your busy life it is not always possible to be waiting at home for your package to arrive. With GreatGearStore.com you can select an alternative delivery address. 
 
For security reasons, Great Gear Store Limited reserve the right to check all orders requesting an alternative delivery address. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to an alternative address should we suspect fraudulent use of a credit card.
