All items are offered for sale in good faith but occasionally for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfil your order. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and Great Gear Store Limited once you receive an email confirming your order has been shipped.

We are a UK based Company, so all prices are defaulted to be displayed UK Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) but may be shown in your own currency depending on your computer settings.
All payments must be made with your own credit or debit card and with adequate funds to make payment. Fraudulent use of cards will always be reported to the relevant authorities. Payment is taken at the time of placing your order. If you invoke your right to cancel an order no charges will be made if the item is yet to be despatched and your original payment will be refunded.

· The customer uses a credit or debit card which is issued by a card provider based in a country other than the delivery address provided.

Once you receive an email confirming our receipt of your order please check that all the details you provided are correct. If not please inform us immediately. GreatGearStore.com are not responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address provided when placing your order.
At Great Gear Store Limited we are proud of our exceptional level of customer service and offer a 30 day guarantee on every purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase and in accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. Any returned goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited in their original and resalable condition [and sealed packaging where applicable].
If you invoke your right to cancel an order no charges will be made if the item is yet to be despatched. If the item has been despatched or already reached the required destination it becomes your responsibility to return the product to Great Gear Store Limited. Shipping costs incurred and originally charged as part of the initial order will not be refunded and the product must be received by Great Gear Store Limited within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. It is Great Gear Store Limited policy to not pay for return shipping charges unless the Company is at fault, for example, the incorrect item has been shipped.
Any items which are returned to us in less than a resalable condition will be returned to you and your refund refused [This includes any costs incurred for returning the items]. As an example, reasons for this could include...
· Not returned in the original packaging.
· Item worn or washed.
· Pet hair or smoke odour on item.
· Irreparable damage to product or original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, jewellery (such as earrings) and cosmetics.
The customer is responsible for the item or items until they reach us. Great Gear Store Limited are not responsible for any parcel which is not received. For your own protection, we recommend that you use a delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.
You must Contact Us before returning any item purchased from Great Gear Store Limited. Any unauthorised returns will be held by Great Gear Store Limited until you Contact Us to explain the reason for the return. All goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited within 14 days of the return being authorised. Refunds will not be processed after this time scale and any returned items received after this period will be returned.
Every item supplied by Great Gear Store Limited has to reach a high standard of quality and be fit for the purpose that it is intended before being offered for sale. If you have any concerns regarding the quality of an item purchased from Great Gear Store Limited you must Contact Us within a reasonable time. Our Company policy regarding a 'reasonable time' is 30 days from the date of despatch.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please Contact Us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods . After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem.
Under the Sale Of Goods Act you do not have a legal right to a refund, repair or replacement if you accidentally damaged the item, misused it and caused a fault, try to repair it yourself or had someone else try to repair it, which damaged the item, if you knew the item was faulty before you bought it, or if you decide that you no longer want the item. For example it's the wrong size or colour.
All authorised returns are refunded within 2 business days.
All of our international orders are shipped by priority air mail, unless the 'International Signed For' service is selected, at the time of placing your order. Although Priority Air Mail is one of the fastest shipping services for international parcels, it must be noted that Royal Mail do not provide a tracking number with this service.
All of our UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class service. Tracking numbers are only available if the 'Signed For' option is selected at the time of placing your order.
We reserve the right to send any orders by Tracked or Signed For service at our discretion and without notice, there will be no extra charge applied.

If a 'missing' parcel is not reported by the customer within a maximum 30 days of despatch, Great Gear Store Limited assume that your order has arrived and a claim cannot be submitted after this 30 day period.
All losses are treated very seriously and investigated thoroughly. All missing parcels are reported to Royal Mail [or the courier used] and you may be contacted by a third party to provide further information.
If any customer experiences repeated problems with missing items Great Gear Store Limited reserve the right to decline further orders from that customer.
Quoted delivery dates are based on Royal Mail's own estimated performance and we cannot under any circumstances guarantee delivery by a particular date for any orders.
In the event of a parcel being returned to us, either due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because the parcel was not collected from a Royal Mail delivery office, the customer will be required to pay for re-delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct. In the event of a lost parcel due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete address we will not be held responsible for non-delivery or loss and the customer is not entitled to a refund or replacement.
