All UK orders are packaged safely and shipped by Royal Mail Post. Overseas orders are sent by Priority Air Mail. For alternative options please contact us

How Long Will My Order Take To Arrive?

Due to the nature of our product and the huge range it is not always possible to have every item available in our warehouse for immediate despatch. Never fear, if a particular product isn't currently in stock we will order your item direct from the supplier especially for you. Once it has reached us and passed our rigorous quality control checks it's on it's way! Average time from placing your order 'til arriving at your door is 4-6 days. The estimated despatch is clearly displayed on every individual product page.

Average delivery times according to Royal Mail are as follows:

UK: 3 to 5 Working Days
Europe: 6 to 8 Working Days
USA: 8 to 10 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 8 to 10 Working Days


What Happens If My Order Doesn't Arrive?

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the time scales stated above please contact us for instructions. It is always worth checking with your local Sorting Office to see if they are holding your package.

In accordance with the guidelines set by Royal Mail here in the UK, parcels shall be classed as 'missing' after the following time scales:

UK: 15 Working Days
Europe: 20 Working Days
USA: 25 Working Days
Rest Of The World: 25 Working Days

Once this time has been passed we will always issue you with your choice of a full refund or a replacement product [if available].

What Is Your Returns Policy?

At Great Gear Store Limited we are proud of our exceptional level of customer service so, if you are unhappy with your purchase and in accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling, you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. Any returned goods must be received by Great Gear Store Limited in their new, original and resalable condition plus sealed packaging where applicable.

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect delivery please contact us within 48 hours of the receipt of your goods . After which we will discuss the problem with you and resolve the problem.
